He holds MBBS degree from the University of Lagos and a postgraduate degree from the University College Hospital, Ibadan. He is a Fellow of the National Post graduate Medical College of Nigeria (FMCR). He is trained both in Nigeria and Canada; also a member of Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) and a serving member of the RSNA Committee on Africa and Asia. He is a member of the American College of Radiologists, American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine, American College of Physician Executives, Association of Radiologists of West Africa, West African Medical Ultrasound Society, and AGPMPN, Lagos.

Dr. Fatade is the Chairman of the Association of Radiologist in Nigeria; Lagos Chapter. He was the past secretary of the Association of Radiologists of West Africa and the former secretary of the West African Medical Ultrasound Society. He has attended several conferences, workshops, and Seminars both in Nigeria and abroad. He is a renowned Radiologist with well over 30 years’ experience in medical practice. He is an alumnus of Healthcare Leadership Academy.
