Biography
I’m a microbiologist and science communicator who believes biomedical science shouldn’t stop at the laboratory or remain hidden in research papers. It should help people make better decisions about their health.
At De_MicrobialVoice, I simplify complex biomedical and public health topics into stories that feel personal, local, and genuinely useful, because science that people can’t understand can’t protect them.
At the Medical Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (MAI Lab), I’m exploring how AI and machine learning can strengthen healthcare systems and improve diagnostic outcomes, bringing the microbiologist’s lens into the world of digital health.
As a former research intern at the Nigerian Institute of Medical Research (NIMR), I’ve worked across virology, genomics and tuberculosis research, grounding everything I build in real science.
I’m building towards a future where microbiology graduates can also lead conversations, build solutions, and shape policy. Where African scientists aren’t just participating in global health, they’re driving it. And where everyday people have the science literacy to protect themselves, their families, and their communities.
